Equal Opportunity Schools (EOS) partners with school districts across the country to ensure every student is seen, engaged and resourced. We support districts to operationalize their commitments to access and opportunity. Our unparalleled set of tools, data insights and coaching is proven to increase the number of students who take, pass and belong in advanced academics such as AP, IB and Dual Credit coursework.

These tools help to identify each students’ aptitude and goals, college and career aspirations, concerns and fears when it comes to advanced classes, who their trusted adults are, and more. With a stronger understanding of students’ interests, goals, and challenges, educators are better able to identify candidates for advanced courses and communicate with them more authentically.
