Joanne Harell

Board Chair

Ms. Harrell retired in late 2021 after 20 years at Microsoft where she most recently served as Senior Director for U.S. Citizenship & Market Development. Previously, she’s led teams in the Sales, Marketing and Services disciplines focused on Enterprise, Public Sector and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) customers and partners. Ms. Harrell’s pre-Microsoft work history is extensive and encompasses executive roles within the high-tech, telecommunications and non-profit sectors. Ms. Harrell has served on EOS’ Board of Directors since July 2020. She became Board Chair in January 2022 and chairs the Executive Committee.
