Eric M. Weaver

Mr. Weaver is Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Universities Space Research Association (USRA) in Columbia, MD. USRA is a nonprofit corporation chartered to advance space-related science, technology and engineering and operates scientific institutes and facilities across the US. Prior to his work at USRA, Mr. Weaver amassed over 20 years HR and labor relations leadership experience in government, automotive and aviation, science and high technology industries and in non-profit entities. Mr. Weaver has served on the EOS Board of Directors since July 2020. He was elected Vice Chair in July 2022, serves on the Executive Committee, and chairs the Personnel & Compensation Committee.
