At Equal Opportunity Schools (EOS), we can’t help but get excited about the future of our organization!

With the recent expansion of our Resource Development Team, we’ve been making moves to increase transparency and awareness. EOS is an organization of changemakers – Changemakers that have been putting in work to break down educational barriers to increase access, belonging, and success in rigorous college and career-prep secondary school courses. With the continuous focus on equality, EOS has developed and delivered data-driven methods that allow educators to better support ALL students, and especially those who are underserved and underrepresented.

About the Author: Stasha Willis is the Manager of Donor Engagement at Equal Opportunity Schools. Prior to this role, she served as Partnership Manager for Chicago Public Schools during their district-wide EOS partnership expansion. Stasha has a B.A. in K-12 Education from Augustana College and a M.ED. in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education.
