Stephanie Reitz

Board Member

Stephanie Reitz leads workforce development programs at Splunk, Inc. as part of its Social Impact team. Her efforts focus on promoting technology skills development as a pathway to well-paying jobs and economic opportunity for individuals from underserved communities. With more than two decades in senior roles at Microsoft and Cisco, she has an extensive background in communications, policy analysis, and global program management. Reitz played a pivotal role in launching Microsoft’s Corporate Citizenship Initiative and managed education policy and global positioning for the Cisco Networking Academy in its early years. She holds a Master of Science in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science; a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management; and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the College of William & Mary. Elected to the Board in July 2023, Stephanie sits on the Governance, Programs & Impacts, and Technology Committees.
