Leslie St. Pierre

Chief of Staff & Board Secretary

Leslie St. Pierre joined EOS in early 2016, providing administrative support to the founding CEO and, over the years, has served various ground- and executive-level needs across Operations, internal leadership, and EOS’ Board of Directors.

As Board Secretary, she works directly with the Executive Committee to provide cohesive governance within all EOS leadership spaces. Prior to joining EOS, Leslie spent the majority of her career within organizations which center student access to education options and opportunities. As a member of core leadership within the Digital Learning Commons (DLC), she managed the cultivation and administration of WA state’s first multi-provider online course catalog and provided tactical and strategic guidance to school-based mentors directly supporting students earning online high school credits (often for previously failed or missing graduation requirements).

Within WA Office of State Superintendent’s Digital Learning Department, she expanded her DLC work to include the creation of one of the country’s first state online provider approval systems, ensuring approved providers met regulatory requirements and that online courses offered within WA public high schools met state requirements, online instructional best practices, and positive outcomes for WA students. Leslie holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington iSchool and lives north of Seattle with her husband, two teenagers, a cat, and two dogs.
