Darrell Powell

Mr. Powell is Managing Director of Pinnacle Financial Services, PLLC certified public accounting and consulting firm, which provides financial services to small and medium sized for profit and not for profit businesses. He is a Senior Level Executive with 30 plus years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and business development. Mr. Powell previously served in the role of Chief Finance Officer for the YMCA of Greater Seattle and United Way of King County, where he managed the development of organization-wide policies and procedures in partnership with accounting, IT, HR, Development, Facilities, Legal, etc. to mitigate risks for the organization. Mr. Powell was elected to the Board in July 2022 and currently sits on the Audit & Finance Committee and Personnel & Compensation Committee.
