Board Chair
Eric Weaver is a 15-year veteran of the not-for-profit and professional trade association management industry. He is a dynamic and results-oriented executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in both Fortune 100 companies and mission-driven non-profits.
Eric currently serves as Chair of the board at Equal Opportunity Schools, and was formerly the Interim President and CEO. He has led our staff to transform strategy into organizational action and accomplishments. His expertise in forming strategic partnerships has resulted in a substantial increase in resource allocation and program funding.
Previously, as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), Eric played a pivotal role in restructuring HR functions and enhancing diversity within the biotech industry. Prior to BIO, Eric served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the Universities Space Research Association (USRA), where he led all HR priorities to support NASA missions.
