Director of Reporting and Analytics
Born into a family line of educators, Matt brings long-held dedication to the challenging work of combatting educational inequity and expanding opportunities for marginalized student populations.
Matt started his career in direct service before shifting into administrative and analytical positions. He strives to integrate and align EOS reporting and analytic structures within the EOS program model for maximum effectiveness in facilitating and evaluating progress towards partner goals and objectives. Collaboration with colleagues, discovering new areas of insight and innovating for greater organizational impact continue to motivate and inspire his work at EOS.
Matt has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Masters in Educational Leadership & Policy with a specialization in education-based data analysis from the University of Washington.
