Levon is committed to ensure students from underserved communities have access to a high-quality education that allows them to explore their intellectual capabilities. Levon had the privilege to work as a Program Specialist for the College Success Foundation, supporting low-income students of color through the pipeline of success in the K-12 sector.
In addition, Levon served as a Program Manager at the University of Washington Tacoma, in the Center for Equity and Inclusion focusing on retention and persistence among historically underrepresented students by cultivating, launching, and piloting co-curricular learning communities for first-year students of color. Levon’s passion for educational equity started as a high school student while noticing the trends and large disparities in the achievement gaps among marginalized populations.
Levon will receive a Master’s in Public Administration from The Evergreen State College – Tacoma cohort in June 2021. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University in Communications and Media Studies.
