Partnership Director

Kirstin Wagner

Kirstin developed a strong commitment to equity in education through her work in a diverse set of underserved schools and classrooms. In prior roles, she coordinated preschool math and elementary creative writing programs, tutored middle school AVID students, and led outdoor science exploration classes.

Most recently, Kirstin served as an AmeriCorps Member at the Neighborhood House Youth Tutoring Center in the Seola Gardens neighborhood of White Center, where her work focused on planning and facilitating curriculum for predominantly immigrant and refugee students. Her primary goal was to help support White Center youth in their development as community leaders and change makers. One of the highlights of this work was a Middle School Youth Leadership Conference that she helped put on to bring youth in South King County together to collaborate on the issues they face.

Kirstin has a BA in International Relations with a minor in Education from Stanford University.
