Rod comes to Equal Opportunity Schools with a unique background in consulting at various global Law Firms, Tech, Telecom and Financial Institutions in the US and Europe. He has successfully maneuvered the delicate balance between dedication to mission, the need for bold entrepreneurial initiatives, and the application of sound business management. Rod’s experience with compliance regulations and developing and implementing strategic programs has prepared him to contribute in his role at EOS.
Rod is a motivated, personable business professional with more than 10 years of experience as a project management consultant, technology consultant, and community and social justice advocate. Rod also brings an earnest passion and purpose for Public Service. He has spearheaded and participated in numerous community initiatives addressing Poverty Alleviation, Civil Rights, Community Development, Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation, as well as, Mental Health Initiatives.
Rod earned his B.A in History from Baylor University. When Rod is not working on developing initiatives, he enjoys reading, politics, traveling and supporting local initiatives through volunteer work.
