Senior Director, Partnership Development
I spent 15 years as a K-12 educator in the roles of teacher, coach, guidance counselor, and administrator in Central Ohio. Then, I engaged in equity and personalized learning consulting with over 900 schools/districts in forty-six states. Subsequently, I learned sales and business development strategies working for start-up and enterprise Edtech companies focused on learning management systems and other tools for administrative efficiency.
EOS is the perfect organization for me, because I was part of the student population, we work so hard to serve. I am a first-generation college student from a low-income family and understand the challenge of NOT being pushed/chosen for advanced coursework. At EOS, I hope to provide opportunities for millions of students that were not provide for me until later in life.
I have been married to for over thirty years and have four daughters who I’m very proud of. I am a fanatical Ohio State Football fan and you’ll find me in “The Shoe” most every fall Saturday. I also enjoy running, weight training, and as much travel as I can fit in with my wife and daughters.
