Director, Executive Operations
Leslie joins her passion for systems and organization with experience in education at the post-secondary, K-12 and non-profit education sectors to her work with EOS.
For more than a dozen years, Leslie served in program management positions in state and non-profit online learning organizations. At the Digital Learning Commons (DLC), Leslie developed and managed the first statewide catalog of online courses available to K12 districts across Washington State, while working directly with school-based staff to onboard and prepare them in supporting students’ successful online course experiences. More recently, in the Digital Learning Department (DLD) at the Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, Leslie continued her management of the state online course catalog system and helped design, launch and run the state’s first approval systems for online course and programs providers serving WA students.
Access to high quality educational experiences has been a driving force throughout her work with the DLC and DLD, and Leslie is particularly inspired by the opportunity to support EOS’s work in improving access to rigorous, high-level course work to underserved and underrepresented students.
Leslie holds a Masters in Library and Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
