Senior Human Resources Director
Kelly has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years. She has played a pivotal role in advocating for Public School funding and building public school community connections the past 10 years. Prior to coming to EOS, Kelly worked for a global brewery and medical device manufacturer. Kelly is known for her consulting skills, practical approach to problem solving and ability to lead, direct, and motivate diverse teams. She is most passionate and has expertise in HR strategic planning, change management, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement/satisfaction, training and employee development, employee and labor relations, people analytics and reporting and performance management.
Kelly’s work at her own children’s local public school inspired her to work at EOS so she can do even more on a national level to ensure that students of color and low-income students have equitable access to America’s most academically intense high school programs and succeed at the highest levels.
