Director, Effectiveness and Learning
Adam works with a small but growing team to understand and build on the impact of EOS and our partners to improve the AP/IB opportunities and academic experiences for student of color and low income students traditionally underserved in rigorous high school classrooms.
Previously, Adam was a Visiting Professor of Education at Dartmouth College and a Lecturer in the Teacher’s College at Arizona State University. He brings to EOS a research background in adolescent development across cultures and experience bridging the science of educational and social psychology with the practices of teaching, teacher development and student learning. He is currently leading the development of an organizational infrastructure for continuous improvement.
Adam has a Ph.D. in Cognition and Development in Education from U.C. Berkeley and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Northwestern University.
