Janet Olson is Vice President R&D with over 25 years of leadership experience in two Fortune-500 semiconductor design automation companies, Cadence Design Systems and Synopsys. Currently the most senior female technology executive at Cadence Design Systems, she leads a worldwide team and works closely with key semiconductor companies to deliver several products which enable semiconductor design. She has authored 7 US Patents and received the Marie Pistelli Electronic Design Award in 2017 for technical contributions to her field. Ms. Olson was elected to the Board in July 2022 and currently sits on the Audit & Finance Committee and Governance Committee.
