In many districts across the nation, countless students of color and low-income students are denied the social, emotional, and academic support they deserve to reach their full potential. The Action For Equity (A4E) partnership is designed to identify and dismantle racial barriers in every district to reclaim equitable access and opportunity for all marginalized students.

EOS has developed a one-day Leadership Orientation workshop to support the Action For Equity: Access Opportunity phase. By attending this one-day workshop, your schools to be more effective, successful, and get the jump-start it needs to build a strong foundation for your equity work.

In this final stage before partnership launch, you and the Partnership Team will collaborate and map out the year ahead. Addressing essential steps such as surveying, building outreach plans and Partnership Director assignment, will position your team to achieve steady success in preparing your students for their first AP/IB course.
