Action for Equity (A4E), is built for continuity and sustainability. As you complete the 2nd phase of our partnership, known as “Experience Success”, we encourage you to ensure continued success by moving into our 3rd phase of the partnership, known as “Extend Equity”.
“Extend Equity” engages school and district leaders in their equity journey, through a community of practice (Equity Leader Labs) and the use of EOS data analysis, tools, and reports.
The majority of our clients continue their partnership to ensure continuity in support and tools. “Extend Equity”, is designed for partners who are prepared to deeply engage in Equity Leader Labs (ELLabs) and take nearly full ownership of the process for closing, and keeping closed, the opportunity gaps in AP, IB, and AICE participation.
As your district moves toward a Fall in which – perhaps for the first time – its student diversity will be fully reflected in AP, IB, and AICE, we are committed to providing the support your team needs to ensure their long-term success.
Acceptance into the Equity Leader Labs (ELLabs) is by invitation only, due to location space limitations. Learn more on the ELLabs page. We recommend securing your spot by renewing now, as we can not guarantee an ELLabs will return to your region.
Looking to Renew
The renewal process is now open. Request your Collaboration Agreement (CA) to allow adequate time for review. Your signed CA is due for the next cohort year. To schedule a call on your partnership status, ELLabs participation, and recommended next steps, select the “Schedule Partnership Review” button below and we’ll respond with available dates.
If you are ready to renew now, select the “Renew Partnership Now” button and fill out the renewal contact form (9 questions). Your CA will be emailed for review, along with directions on accepting, modifying, and returning the signed CA.
