The Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation
The Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation provides selected social entrepreneurs with funding. The funds are specifically and solely for entrepreneurs starting new non-profit organizations.The Draper Richards Fellowships are highly selective, only awarding six fellowships per year so each grantee organization can be fully engaged.

The Westly Foundation
We identify and fund programs that help California’s children at risk. The Westly Foundation believes that investment in our children paves the way for success in the future. We work to do this through building new types of schools, enhancing the quality of the education in existing schools, or finding new ways for children to gain better access to health care and other services.
The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation
The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation is a private, independent foundation established by Jack Kent Cooke to help exceptionally promising students reach their full potential through education. Launched in 2000, the Foundation focuses in particular on students with financial need. The Foundation’s scholarship and direct service programs support the education of approximately 650 remarkable students each year, while our grant making allows thousands more to engage in challenging educational experiences.

NewSchools Venture Fund
NewSchools Venture Fund is a not-for-profit organization working to close the achievement gap by funding and supporting entrepreneurs who are creating innovative solutions to the problems in public education so that all children have the opportunity to succeed in college and beyond. We actively share what we’ve learned through our investments, bring together educational leaders from across the country, and advocate for smart policies at the federal level.
The Silver Family Foundation
The Silver Family Foundation focuses on transitional youth development programs that offer in-depth, long-term investments and opportunities for motivated, low-income youth. We prioritize programs that have a proven track record of improving outcomes around key youth development and academic benchmarks including 3rd grade reading, high school graduation, college attainment and completion.
